Ran 2 miles without walking (6/13)
Completed C25K (6/23/13)
This is my first time ever completing a workout program. I've started many and finished none . . . unitl now!

 

Anticipated Non-Scale Victories

These are feats I hope to accomplish. . .

Run non-stop for 3 miles (3.16 mi, 7/21/13)

Run a 12 minute mile (7/10/13)
I ran a mile in 11 min 02 seconds.
Run 5k distance in 35 minutes
Compete in an official 5k race (10/26/13)
Complete 15 Chalean push-up trios

Complete 25 crunches without knots in my stomach
